As a hypnotherapist, medium, intuitive guide, healer and artist, I am a catalyst for change of perspective of everyday life issues and relationships. I assist people to understand the fears, blockages, and self sabotaging patterns that have been keeping them from their authentic selves and assist them to embrace wholeness, joy, and personal empowerment in every area of their life.

The evolution of our soul is a lifelong journey, a process. There is no a quick fix! It’s a process that we can enjoy once we give ourselves permission to let go of guilt and judgment of ourselves and others. We can learn how to love our whole self, both the good part of ourselves – the parts we like and show to the world - as well as embracing and being okay with our dark or shadow self – our flaws, imperfections, past choices and heartache.

Our true self has patiently been waiting to remind us that all the answers that we need are within us to heal and transcend our deepest pain, perceived limitations, challenges, as well as remember what our soul wants to do and be.

Understanding, forgiveness, taking responsibility, acceptance and living with integrity are the keys to true self acceptance and love! We are then free to remember, reintegrate with our magnificent selves - our talents, gifts, life mission and direction. It encourages a congruent relationship with ourselves and others. We can be at peace with our humanness and remember that we matter, we are important! We awake each day feeling inspired to enjoy and receive the gifts and wonders that await us with a greater power that we are co-creators with!

I assist people to remember who they truly are with an honest, straightforward, practical approach. I am their biggest fan and do all I can to assist and inspire them to live the full, balanced, meaningful life that they deserve!
