Have you ever visited a brand-new place and experienced a feeling of familiarity? Met someone for the first time and "know" them? Struggle with unexplainable challenges in your daily personal or business life? Do you have physical discomforts or fears that have no obvious cause? You may even find yourself having a recurring dream.

If you had told me I’d be an artist someday, I’d have never believed it! My career as an artist began after what I call a “major breakthrough” when I attended a workshop that encouraged participants to paint with their hands. It was then that I realized how much creativity had been buried within me. My artwork reflects what has been a lifelong journey of self-discovery.

The process of creating my art is similar to a meditation. As a certified hypnotherapist and Reiki Master, I put myself in a self-hypnotic state and then spread Reiki – the universal healing energy – into the blank canvas. As I begin painting with my hands, I receive guidance from a higher source, trusting what is being guided for me to paint at that moment – magnificent colors, shapes and designs as well as expressive messages of love, hope, faith, inspiration, transformation and healing energy. Even though I am the artist, I’m still amazed to see and feel what the creative spirit shares with me.

I find such joy in creating and expressing myself through painting with my hands. I feel that everyone has their own “inner masterpiece” just waiting to be expressed and so I offer Heart, Hands & Healing Art – Revealing Your Inner Masterpiece. It encourage artistic and personal expression through a process of painting with hands – no brushes! Each participant starts with the same blank canvas, and when the session is over, each has created an individual masterpiece that often reveals personal insights that may have been previously unknown or buried.

I encourage you to find whatever creative outlet brings you joy and happiness…and do it!

I have always enjoyed being creative – painting, cross stitching, sewing, crafts, etc. That lead me to creating jewelry and gifts in my home in Blue Ridge, GA.  I love  co-creating with nature to make hand created, unique, one of a kind jewelry and specialty gifts. I feel Mother Nature has created so many beautiful stones, crystals and metals that I am fortunate to design with their inherent beauty.
